When in August 2008 was needed to load the information into the system Guaraní, it was necessary to determine precisely the resolutions to justify each item. This led to carefully compare the Ministerial Resolution 377/99 and Resolution 242/99 IUNA with IUNA Resolution 443/02, which is currently in force. Then found discrepancies, contradictions and errors due to track and analyze each of the Resolutions and Resolutions IUNA Departmental Council from 2000 to date, that would justify and endorse the changes made or, failing that, let Embossed errors and omissions had committed. It was also necessary to find and Retrieving multiple records pertaining to the subject. This survey has sued a long time since much of this documentation was filed in years and all information disordered, scattered in several offices and sometimes even disappeared from the Chancellor's Department.
This management conducted a search-inside and outside the Department, and a system reasoned All resolutions relating to Curriculum (presented to the Rector some missing resolutions) and once completed the circuit systematized with the Rector's Titles and the Ministry. These are the main resolutions and records to be turned:
Resolution No. 904/02 which is a

- IUNA Resolution No. 286/99: realize the title "Bachelor of Scenography" which was based in the Ministry within the Department of Dramatic Arts.
- File No. 4/394/02 reference to changes wrought in curricula. Resolution No. 687/99 (amended): File 4/394/02 the modifications are made to Resolution No. 687/99 IUNA approved by the Academic Advisory Council meeting held on 05.28.2002, regarding correct names of subjects common to all races, correlative, and inclusion of new subjects. Note that in this case, the then Dean of the Department of Visual Arts, Rodolfo Agüero, attached curricula that include the Bachelor of Scenography in Annex III (actually Appendix I). This resolution is the same and corrected before IUNA Resolution No. 443/02.
- File No. 4/697/02 Correction Concerning Resolution 443/02 "Degree in Scenography" through this record is sought rectification of the chapeau of Annex I IUNA Resolution 443/02.
- IUNA Resolution No. 242/99 with appreciation Curriculum Ministerial Resolution 377/99 by the Ministry of Culture and Education: IUNA this resolution is the same as registered in the Ministry and that accounts for the curricula of the courses the Department of Visual Arts. ;
- IUNA Resolution No. 687/99: this resolution is subsequent to Resolution No. 242/99 IUNA and Ministerial Resolution No. 377/99. Is the same then be modified by Resolution No. 443/02 IUNA. In this resolution the subjects to be taken from each of the races is equal to the registered subjects in the resolutions above (242/99 and 377/99) but it does not include the "technician in Arts of Fire" or "technician in Ceramics" will appear later in IUNA Resolution 443/02. Nor does the technician in Restoration of Cultural Heritage Conservation.
- Once assembled, compared and analyzed all , produced a report which made several copies which banded as a way to protect and manage the information gathered for the first time and was used in loading data into the system Guaraní.
- Subsequently, through 4/394/02 Exp given rise to the Resolution 443/02 IUNA ordered texts Curriculum of Visual Arts Degree in forming the body of what is now taught in Guidelines for Drawing, Painting, Sculpture, Digital Imaging and Engraving and Printed Art and Arts of Fire, the Scenic and the Bachelor Degree in Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Property. The resolution was approved by the Academic Advisory Board and the then Rector Organizer.
In our Department of Visual Arts Degree in Arts of Fire orientation was corrected names of subjects, correlates and added levels and changing the curriculum materials and the ordering of the set. As for the Tecnicatura for this orientation are that the Resolution 242/99 appears dedicated to the Arts of Fire, while later-in-Res 443/02 IUNA Tecnicatura she is named in Ceramics. - From Curriculum Res 242/99 IUNA the Plan contained in Resolution 443/02 IUNA, the BA in Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Property, materials were removed, add some more levels, he changed the name to and eliminated other technician in the Preservation and Restoration of Cultural Property.
- In 2002 the Rector Organizer approved these changes in IUNA Res 443 / 02 above, but never rose to the Ministry that created the crisis Titles. The Bachelor IUNA Set of Resolution 286/99 adopted by the Ministry, was filed with the Department of Performing Arts, although he had always been a race historically dictated Visual Arts College of Fine Arts of the Nation Ernesto Cárcova-with a curriculum different from today. To the degree issued in the Department is the appropriate modifications to the special Visual Arts, adding and removing and editing the profile subjects of study and graduate.
many modifications without completing formalities for the recognition of the plans, left pending absences and errors that prevent completion of the processing circuit recognized Titles.
The Ministry of Education expressed support us to overcome so many mistakes by a proper presentation of the careers and guidance. In April 2010 we went to the authorities of IUNA reporting the status of consultations and expressed the need to regularize the situation of the curriculum, especially the race set that had been removed from the site of the rectory. After several meetings of officials and students Visual Arts with the authorities of the Academic Secretariat IUNA in May 2010 was agreed to go together to the Ministry of Education to ensure the recognition of academic pathways of the curriculum that were taught in the Department.
With this aim we requested an interview with National Director of University Management Ministry of Education Mag Jorge Steiman, Dean of Visual Arts Department Mr. Julio Flores, the IUNA Academic Secretary, Dr. Oscar Steinberg, Secretary General, Mr. Alberto Hilal Visual Arts, the Deputy Secretary of IUNA Lic Damian Del Valle, and the student Paula Callejo.
