Christ or Messiah?

For our generation, our Lord is called Christ or Messiah, and these words are used interchangeably. The word Christian is derived from the word Christ. Christian means follower of Christ. Christians call Christ Lord and Savior and Messiah messianic call. The word Messiah is a transliteration of the Hebrew word Mashiach. The word Christ is a "translation" of this same word in Greek. The word Messiah means anointed. The word Christ comes from "chrestos" (meaning good or worthy in Greek) and "Krishna" is a pagan goddess Hindu. G5546

He first found his brother Simon, and said: We have found the Messiah "(that is, the Christ). (John RV1960 1:41)

is interesting how the gospel of John the copyists added phrases such as:
(which means Christ) in John 1:41
"called Christ" in John 4:25

To begin with John 1:41 we see that the speaker is Andrew, the brother of Simon Peter, a Judean in the region of Galilee and in John 4:25 is a Samaritan woman. Neither are Greek but Jews (of Judea).
is obvious that in John 1:41 the phrase was added in parentheses (which is translated, the Christ) to readers Greek-speaking gospel. But it is also obvious that the phrase "called Christ" in John 4:25 is a text manipulation. As the Samaritan woman is Hebrew and not Greek and is talking to Jews and non-Greeks. Jesus is a Jew not Greek. And the Jews were waiting for the Messiah not the Greeks. The Greeks did not know anything about a "messiah."

these passages really should read as follows:

Throughout the Old Testament the Hebrew word translated as Messiah has been anointed.

the Lord shall be broken in his opponents, and thunder upon them from heaven: the Lord will judge the ends of the earth, will give strength to his king, And exalt the horn of his anointed. (1 Samuel 2:10 RV1960)

The kings of the earth, and the rulers take counsel together, against Jehovah and against his anointed, saying, (Psalm 2:2 RV1960

The breath of our lives, the Lord's anointed, of whom we said, Under his shadow we shall live among the nations, was seized on his ties. (Lamentations 4:20 RV1960)

Only in some passages have been transliterated into messiah.

Know therefore and understand, that from out of the commandment to restore and build Jerusalem until Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks shall be built again the square and the wall in troubled times. (Daniel 9:25 RV1960)

And after threescore and two weeks removed from the Messiah, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary, and its end will with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations. (Daniel 9:26 RV1960
In the New Testament the words anointed (referring to Jesus) Messiah and only appear in:

And here was a man in Jerusalem named Simeon, and this man was righteous and devout, waiting for the consolation of Israel, and the Holy Spirit was upon him. And it had been revealed by the Holy Spirit not see death before he had seen the Lord's Christ. (Luke 2:25-26 RV1960)

His parents said, because they feared the Jews because the Jews had agreed already that if anyone confessed that Jesus was the Messiah, was expelled from the synagogue. (John 9:22 RV1960)

However, the word Christ appears over 300 times in the New Testament and not once in the Old Testament. Why?

Some say it's because the original language is Greek NT. I do not think it is obvious that the Gospel of John was written originally in Greek and exists in the current version of the Gospel of Matthew in Hebrew (Matthew Shem Tov) and today day Bible scholars are coming to the conclusion that the Greek language is not potty in the NT. The reality is that the word Christ, which many people use it as if it were the name of Jesus without knowing their meaning, is a religious word that comes from the religious syncretism of early Christianity.
And gathered there the whole year with the church, and taught much people, and the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch. (Acts 11:26 RV1960)
Antioch is one of the major cities of the Roman Empire inhabited by many nations. Thus, they used the word Christ in time of Mashiach and called for the followers of the Messiah Jewish "Christian." Yet Paul never used this name for himself, he called the cult (party) of the Road. But this I confess, that after the way they call heresy, so worship I the God of my fathers, believing all things which the law and the prophets are written, (Acts 24:14 RV1960) 3
seeing new roots Hebrew faith, teaches us clearly that what we teach in Christian schools is a product of Greek thought which prevails in them. ERNESTO
