Tina Alarcón, known for his books on food in the world of literature today is devoted to cooking in his newly opened restaurant in the town of Villa de Leyva. She attends "Kitchen Stories" for, along with our driver Sofia Gaviria, do two things he likes in the kitchen cooking a traditional ingredient rescuing (the guatila or cider) and renew the traditional Colombian cuisine.
